When I set up a consultation, I talk with you and get a brief history of your health, lifestyle, and eating habits. I then walk you through the steps involved, what to expect with the plan, good habits, and ways of preparing your day in a healthier way. If you choose to sign up, we will then begin your journey of healthier living.

I am trained and certified as a health and life coach, so you get the benefit of both.

We talk about you and what you may need to help improve your gut health.  Everyone is different so the program is tailored to your specific needs. You are not just what you eat, but rather what your body can absorb. You might be eating the healthiest foods and still be malnourished.
